Sarah, wife of Zebulon
Skaggs, died this morning at 5 o’clock this morning at her home on east College
street. She was eighty-seven years old
and was one of the pioneers of this county. Funeral services will be conducted
tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Quillen. Interment at Oak Hill.
